Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Customs checks and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned by contacting us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include the original tags and packaging. We do not offer direct exchanges; please return the eligible item and place a new order. Contact service@nitechapel.com before sending anything back. We usually reply within 3 working days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
