SHIPPING POLICY

NITECHAPEL provides worldwide shipping for our cyber-gothic streetwear.

1. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD.

2. SHIPPING RATES

For orders under $99 USD, standard shipping is $10.95 USD to the United States and $9.95 USD to other available destinations. Final shipping fees and methods are shown at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, product launches or promotional periods.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated transit time after dispatch is usually 7–15 business days for North America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, South America and other supported destinations. Delivery estimates do not include processing time, customs inspections or delays outside our control.

5. TRACKING

After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

6. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes or other charges determined by the destination country or region. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

7. ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Please contact service@nitechapel.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbours, building management and the local carrier, then contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan.

8. TAX INFORMATION

Some destinations, including Chile and Brazil, may require a local tax or identification number for customs clearance. Provide the requested information at checkout when applicable.
