RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At NITECHAPEL, your satisfaction is our ritual. If our Cyber Sigilism or Opium-inspired pieces do not resonate with you as expected, we are here to assist.
1. THE 15-DAY WINDOW
Contact Period: You must contact us via service@nitechapel.com within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Period: Once approved, the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date your tracking shows as "Delivered."
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Must be in re-sellable condition with original packaging and tags.

Eligible Issues: Requests are only accepted for issues regarding Quality, Size, or Color.

Final Sale: Any items marked as "Specials" or "Clearance Sale" are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. REFUND POLICY
| Order Status | Refund Details |
| Awaiting Shipment | Cancellations incur a 10-15% service fee for payment processing. |
| In Transit | Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once shipped and in transit. |
| Delivered | Refunded within 10-15 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. |
4. IMPORTANT NOTICES

❌ DO NOT SEND TO THE SENDER ADDRESS: The address on the parcel is often a carrier transit warehouse. Returning items to that address will result in a loss for which we are not responsible.

DOA (Damaged on Arrival): If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, contact us before sending it back to receive the correct warehouse address.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for items over $75.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
NITECHAPEL is not liable for

Loss or damage of items during return transit.

Address errors preventing delivery

High tariffs or inability to clear customs in the recipient's country
