Returns & Exchanges
For all situations, including when the outfits do not fit, NITECHAPEL will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags attached within 15 days of the delivery of your items.
For returns or exchanges, please be sure to contact our customer service first and we will get back to you within 24 hours!
Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Otherwise, no refund will be issued!
